MONARCH:
Welcome Prophets and Ladies. I am writing this notice on May 1, 2026. Hoping to have better dryer weather, but will take what is given to the area.
We had our first meeting of the year last month. We had a small turn out of members and ladies at the American Legion in Saegertown.
We had our lunch, that was very good, that can be ordered from the menu. We had our meeting at about 1:00, with desserts following.
With the new year, we need the names of fire departments, VFW's, American Legions, and other organizations that do good for the local areas
We need to keep in our thoughts, our Chaplin and PM Bob Keas, who is in Westbury Memory Support. Bob always kept us informed of sick members and those that passed on.
We need to remember PM Neil Jones, who passed away April 4, 2026.

APRIL 2026
MONARCH:
Welcome Prophets and Ladies. I am writing this notice for the first meeting of 2026. It will be held April 16th, free lunch at 12 noon with the meeting at 1 PM at the American Legion where we have been meeting for the lat several years. As we don't have a very good turn out, the meetings are usually very short and sweet. We would like to have more members show up. After the meeting we have deserts that are very good.
As we start the new year we need the names of clubs, fire departments and other organizations that we can donate to. To help with their services to the local people.

DECEMBER 2025
MONARCH:
Welcome Prophets and Ladies. I am writing this newsletter on December 1, 2025.
I am looking out my kitchen window and everything is white and covered with snow.
As most of our members are of older ages and don't like to drive in the winter…
This will be our last meeting until APRIL 2025.
This is a short newsletter so stay safe .

I am currently having some health problems, so I don't know if I will be at this meeting

NOVEMBER 2025
MONARCH:
Being the Monarch of Kismet Grotto, I want to thank PM Bob Keas for all the time and work that he has given Kismet Grotto in the past, over fifty years, Bob is still Chaplin, informing members of sickness and deaths of our members. Bob is a 50 year plus, member and has always done a great job. Robert Dillaman, of Kismet was recently honored as a fifty year member of Masonic Lodge no. 258, Conneautville PA.
Kismet meets the Third Thursday of the month at 12 noon for lunch, paid by the Grotto with the meeting starting around 1 PM, at the American Legion in Saegertown PA.
Have a good Thanksgiving and be safe on these upcoming winter roads.

AUGUST 2025
MONARCH:
Welcome Prophets and Ladies. I am writing this newsletter on July 29 2025.
After all the rain in July, we are now getting our sunshine. The month of July has been a hot and dry month and with a small amount of rain. As I am writing this newsletter it is going to be 90 to 95 degrees. If you are outside be careful and drink a lot of liquid.
August is the month of the Crawford Country Fair. If you are at the fair and need a ride around the grounds, the golf carts will be glad to give you a ride around the grounds. The carts are a part of the fair, the driver might be a Mason or fried of a Mason, provided by Lodge 408.
We would like to see more Prophets and Ladies at our meetings.
We donated $1000.00 to the Crawford County Care Center, where my wife Linda is in their care. Thank you Grotto for the donation. Have a good rest of summer, stay safe and cool.
Kismet Grotto meets on the third Thursday of each month at 12 Noon for lunch, meeting starts at 1 PM, depending on attendance. Lunch and desserts are paid for by Kismet, this is not a carry out luncheon.

MAY 2025
MONARCH:
Welcome Prophets and Ladies, we had our first meeting for 2025 on April 17th. We had the usual number numbers attending. We would like to see a bigger turnout of members.
The Grotto wants ideas as to where we can make donations to, VFW's, American Legions, Fire Depts, and others.
This money comes come from the sale of Grotto Picnic Park, which was built by the members of Kismet Grotto by donations from its members.
At last months session it was motioned, seconded and passed for Kismet Grotto to pay members dues, starting in January 2026.
We will be presenting 50yr Pins and Certificates to Roger Dillman, Robert Keas PM, Robert Steven and Franklin Wagner, wishing all will be there.
